Install latest c-media drivers. If these have been installed before, when the UAA busdriver is installed the c-media drivers will probaby self install.
I let the self install complete and then reinstall from the MSI release to make sure the cpl etc was installed. I've tried using the default audio drivers, the audio drivers from the website, and even the latest Realtek drivers from Realtek's website. I get the same results each time.
